I’ve always loved shooting in Vancouver every time I come back here for a visit. It’s in this city that I first discovered my love for photography; I bought my first camera at the local Best Buy; and I have shot against Vancouver’s backdrops from the beaches to the forests. My first models were all from Vancouver, and so were the first make-up artists I’d ever worked with. Clearly, there are a lot of fond memories here for me. Now, photographing in Vancouver is all about reconnecting with the fashion community here and working with upcoming local talents. For this shoot, I worked with Anca and Annabel – two lovely ladies who actually attended my old high school. It’s always great helping old friends grow in new fields.
